On May 16 I presented at the ElNet Sydney Workplace Learning Congress. This is a post on the experience. The pitch Back in February, I received a message from Leo Gregorc asking if I’d like to present at the ElNet Sydney Congress. He described the theme of this year’s Sydney Congress as: “Flipping Performance” –
